Southern Regional is making their 3rd appearance at Escape the Rock. The Rams best finish was 13th in 2016.
Southern has long been a power in the always strong Shore Conference. The Rams have won 2 NJ State group titles and they have won 12 state sectional titles. Southern has been crowned District champs 19 times in their history, including the last 8 years in a row.
Overall, the Rams have crowned 6 NJ State Champions among their 44 state medalists in history.
6 NCAA All Americans hail from Southern, including NCAA Champion & USA Olympian, Frank Molinaro.
